Aspire Micro Loans for Business Ltd (Aspire) is a not for profit, community based loan company specialising in making small loans available to established businesses. Aspire specialises in providing loans to businesses that have been unsuccessful in acquiring a loan from other financial institutes such as banks. Aspire is also the lead partner for the Women in Rural Areas into Self Employment (WRAISE) Programme which is funded by Equal, DEL and Enterprise NI. These services are required for the WRAISE Programme.
Aspire wishes to appoint an organisation or organisations to deliver the following two services: (Tenderers may tender for the services individually or jointly.)
- Provision of Public Relations Services
- Conference planner/Event Manager for November 2007 conference
